Located on the hill in Oyama Ginowan City, Kakurega Restaurant KOBA is a place where you can enjoy our French lunch made with ingredients from Okinawa. You can also see the gorgeous blue sky and the ocean as well as the cityscape of Ginowan City. It is not an exaggeration to say that the French breads, desserts and sauces made for lunch are all handmade!

You can expect nice views of Ginowan City and the East China Sea. If the weather permitts, on a clear sunny day you can see Yomitan and Onna village. We hope you will enjoy the scenery from the window and enjoy the delicious French food at lunch time.

We have a delicious Western-style curry which is loved by our regular customers!

For the popular 'Western Chicken Curry', the chicken is cooked slowly over low heat and mixed with vegetables and original spices. This method takes over 3 days to complete. It was ranked first at Naha Curry Grand Prix 2016 and is famously known to be the best curry in Okinawa. The flavor is so elegant and soothing. Once you try our curry, you wouldn't want to forget. (Only 5 portions a day are served)

The taste from the long-established store, has never changed since the owner, Mr.Kobashigawa's father created the dish. It has been loved my many regular customers for ages. For curry ingredients, you can choose plain, add chicken and/or oysters.

For lunch set (5 portions served a day), you can choose your favorite meat or fish for main dish. Our menu changes depending on the season and from time to time. One of the main dish menu of the day is our "stewed Okinawan pork with tomato" which is our popular dish. It contains moderately chewy pork with a great sweet taste and softness. If you eat this dish with fresh vegetables; it will make you feel good. You need a reservation for the lunch. It is recommended to enjoy a gathering with family or friends.

Having wine for lunch makes you feel like you are traveling. Choose from our red, white, sparkling and non alcoholic rosé wines from Spain and Chile to pair with your food.
